I arrived a little early at 3:00 p.m., and was told the room wasn’t ready yet, which I completely understood. I left my luggage and came back after 4:00, expecting everything to be sorted.
When I returned at 4:10, I was told again that the room still wasn’t ready. The receptionist said she’d check with housekeeping and update me, but instead just put me to the side and never came back with any information. I waited around, feeling ignored and frustrated.
By the time I came back again at 5:00 p.m., I had to wait another 15 minutes before they finally gave me a different room because the original one was still not ready. Honestly, it completely soured the start of my 訂房網站. After a long journey, the last thing you want is to be standing around the lobby for hours past check-in time.
For a hotel with such a late check-in policy, I really don’t understand how rooms can still be unprepared at 4 p.m. It left a very bad first impression and set the tone for the rest of my stay, not the relaxing start to my holiday I was hoping for. To make things worse, when I went to collect my luggage from the concierge desk, it took them around 20 minutes to bring it out.
